Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position provides production with timely and accurate schedules job packets specs and other reports necessary to production. This position assists in identifying spec scheduling problems and inconsistencies. Supports all other clerical tasks including department transfers and miss-punches Kronos support . Tasks include but are not limited to the following: Review and reconcile production job packets on a daily basis Monitor and reconcile raw materials ingredients and packaging inventory levels Answer questions and assist in resolutions related to production transactions product and recipe input etc. Process analyze and distribute various daily and weekly reports while meeting set deadlines Entering and retrieving data from Ross daily. Maintain production databases in Excel daily. Maintain data within Kronos to aid in plant reporting Overtime lbs. man hour .Work with the scheduler to make any necessary adjustments print and distribute the daily schedule. Assist Supervisors and act as liaison as needed. Spend time in production to better understand the paperwork process. Filing organizing paperwork. Assist co-workers as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Three (3) plus years experience in a clerical/administrative position with shipping/receiving experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills; SAP, Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
