About This Role
SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage and ensure policy/procedure compliance on behalf of the executive leadership team; anticipate needs of executive leaders.
- Manage documentation on behalf of the office of the executive leaders, directly completing data analysis and reporting on behalf of the executive leaders.
- Recommend course of action to executive leaders based on research directed or done; prioritize all communication for the office of the executive leaders; personally address inquiries on the executive leader’s behalf.
- Manage the company calendar, including directing and coordinating activities of other executive offices and key departments.
- Manage budget, expenses, security, travel, staff meetings, incoming mail and schedule.
- Act as a liaison for executive leaders with other departments and outside agencies.
- Handle confidential, routine, and non-routine information and communicate policies when necessary.
- Work proactively, independently, and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Act as project manager for special projects, at the request of executive leadership, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, organizing work and complying with deadlines and priorities.
- Create and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofread executive leadership communications for quality, tone, and integrity. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
- High School diploma
- 3 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Notary Public
