The administrative intern for a school serves as a vital member of the school's leadership team, responsible for supporting a safe, supportive, and enriching environment conducive to the academic and socio-emotional development of FPS learners. This role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs, promote positive behavior, and foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within the school community. This role is designed to be a one year role. It is open to internal candidates. If selected as an Administrative Intern, you will be guaranteed at least one interview for an administrative job in the future. After your year of internship, you will return to the classroom in a similar position, if you have not obtained a position as an administrator at the end of the internship.
