By accessing or using NWA Job Search ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
NWA Job Search is a job aggregation platform that collects and displays job listings from employers in the Northwest Arkansas region. The Service provides:
- A searchable database of job listings aggregated from public employer career pages
- User accounts for saving jobs and setting up job alerts
- Email digest subscriptions for new job notifications
- Employer accounts for posting job listings directly
- Career guides and resources for job seekers
User Accounts
Registration
To access certain features, you may create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Account Types
- Job Seekers may browse jobs, save listings, and create job alerts
- Employers may post and manage job listings for their company
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
Job Listings
Aggregated Listings
Many job listings on NWA Job Search are aggregated from publicly available employer career pages. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and current, but we do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing
- That any position is still available
- The terms of employment described in any listing
When you apply for a job through NWA Job Search, you are redirected to the employer's own application system. We are not a party to any employment relationship.
Employer-Posted Listings
Employers who post listings directly are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their postings. All listings must comply with applicable employment laws, including anti-discrimination statutes.
Intellectual Property
The NWA Job Search name, logo, and original content are the property of NWA Job Search. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without permission.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
WE ARE NOT AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY AND DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HIRING DECISIONS OF ANY EMPLOYER LISTED ON THE SERVICE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NWA JOB SEARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
