SUMMARY: The purpose of the breast trimmer is to trim breast product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: - Handle and remove breast meat from the line. - Trim and remove defective products. - Place products onto the conveyor line. - All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
