About This Role
The College and Career Coach serves as an extension of the Assistant Principal and Counselor to provide support relating to academic guidance, career exploration, and post-secondary transition support for high school students. The College and Career Coach will work with students and families to connect them to available resources while ensuring the student is on a pathway toward high school graduation that aligns with their goals for after high school, whether that be college, career, or military service (enrolled, employed, or enlisted)...other job responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data related to student experiences and post-high school outcomes, managing post-secondary plans, collaborating with business and community partners, and supporting counselors with post-secondary advisory lessons.
