Crew Leader (Water License)

The Crew Leader is responsible for supervising personnel and overseeing equipment and materials required to complete assigned projects. Duties include providing customer service, evaluating the condition of water distribution and sewer collection systems, making on-site decisions, operating equipment for department jobs, and maintaining effective communication with employees and the public. The position also requires being on-call 24/7 for emergency responses and conducting field investigations of problems. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, five years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Grade II Water Distribution License.
