Dispatcher I (Shift: 10pm-6am)

Provide good customer service to both internal and external customers, maintain positive and effective working relationships with other City employees, and have regular and reliable attendance. 2. Operate a communications console and related equipment to dispatch police and fire personnel and after-hours city on-call staff. 3. Monitor and log radio traffic generated by police personnel related to calls for service and self-initiated activity. 4. Answer all 911 calls for the City of Fayetteville including medical calls and deal with callers in distress. 5. Attend conferences, seminars, and other trainings for professional development purposes. 6. Perform other duties as assigned.
