About this Opportunity
At PAM Transport, we know that our drivers are the backbone of the country, and we are committed to supporting them with the best possible service. As a member of our Maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our drivers can continue to deliver the goods and services that keep our economy moving.
Pay and Schedule
This position is Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Pay range is $20 - $23/hour, depending upon experience.

How you will contribute to the success of the team:
- Schedule Federal inspections at customer facilities
- Arrange and monitor preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for equipment
- Track completion of scheduled maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Generate and distribute PM reports to supervisors and management
- Create, process, and track purchase orders for OTR services
- Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and proper authorization
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status and billing accuracy
- Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation
- Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices
What makes you a strong candidate for this position:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Effective verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preferred automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge
