Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of coordinating daily department schedules, working together closely with the engineering team on project installations, and directing the maintenance department to achieve maintenance excellence goals. Key Responsibilities (To Name A Few) - Plan, direct, and coordinate the maintenance team's work schedules. - Supervise a variety of support staff personnel. - Ensure proper training levels through effective selection, interviewing, and training of staff. - Maintain accurate reporting. - Interpret and evaluate information, applying judgment to set team priorities, interpret policies, and establish effective approaches.
