About This Role
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Leads or participates in continuous improvement projects focused on equipment safety, product quality, production efficiencies, and equipment performance. Measures improvements and establishes trials as needed.
•Identifies needed improvement to Fuji folders & other production equipment and establishes metrics to measure improvements.
•Establishes metrics for equipment operation & settings and tracks and holds operators accountable to metrics.
•Evaluates and assesses maintenance staff to determine training needs and develops employees to improve their maintenance skills and interpersonal skills.
•Oversees Technical Operators regarding equipment maintenance and repairs.
•Establishes and provides training regarding existing, new or revised processes related to Fuji Equipment.
•Collaborates with training team to ensure Fuji operation and repair guideline materials are up to date and regarding Folder Operator certification requirements.
•Upon Request, leads the breakdown, rebuild, improvement, and modification of Fuji Folders for the Global Engineering Team.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field or 5 years progressively responsible in industrial maintenance with 3 to 5 years of experience working with wet wipe manufacturing equipment.
•Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner.
•Strong verbal, written and analytical skills.
•Demonstrated Leadership skills.
•Must be able to use Inventor software, or equivalent, as tool for CI.

•Must be able to communicate face-to-face.
•Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

•Work environment includes occasional hot and cold temperatures.
•Requires good visual acuity with depth perception and color vision.
