About This Role
Reporting to the Manager Plant Continuous Improvement, you will lead the planning and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that support plant objectives related to cost, quality, safety, and efficiency. You will coach and train plant resources on improvement methodologies, ensure consistent execution of standards, and track project results and qualified resources.
This role is onsite 5 days a week at our Fayetteville, AR food manufacturing plant.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Develop implementation plans, standards, and roadmaps for one or more critical continuous improvement processes.
- Lead or support cross‑functional teams through planning, execution, and sustainment of improvement initiatives.
- Implement projects that reduce manufacturing costs, improve product quality, or increase operational efficiency in support of plant objectives.
- Facilitate project team meetings to ensure accountability, issue resolution, and adherence to project timelines.
- Coach employees on the execution of project deliverables and continuous improvement tools.
- Provide training to plant resources and qualify participants on improvement methodologies.
- Track and validate project cost savings through the Accolade software system.
- Monitor and report progress on implementation milestones and qualified resources.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, as well as Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules and regulations.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming, and hygiene standards.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement role at a manufacturing facility, preferably food manufacturing.
- Project management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Days in office: 5+ days with evening and weekend coverage as needed.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
