About This Role
Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Registration Specialist position in Rogers, AR. This position will work within a school-based and outpatient office setting to enroll clients into services, including entering client information into the Electronic Medical Record. The position will also be responsible for verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and providing payment plan information to current and potential clients.
This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly).
Work hours: Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to multitask
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities and organize workload
- Problem- solving mindset
- Excellent typing skills
- Willingness and ability to alter duties to support the needs of the business
Preferred experience:
- One year of experience in customer service
