Develop account strategies by analyzing pricing rules and sales data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making. Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and brands to resolve escalated issues and enhance collaboration. Support partner integration by researching requirements and assisting with onboarding processes. Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track partnership performance and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner questions and optimize subcategory results. Coach and mentor less experienced team members to build skills and improve performance. Provide expert guidance to support business solutions aligned with company policies and values. What you'll bring... Proven experience in account and partner relationship management within complex retail environments. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
