What you'll do... Lead compliance and ethics initiatives by monitoring laws, regulations, and policies within the specialty area. Develop, update, and communicate policies and standard operating procedures with leadership input. Analyze compliance data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership. Manage legislative assessment strategies, forecasting regulatory trends and conducting gap analyses. Oversee impact assessments of proposed policies and provide recommendations to leadership. Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring progress. Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Promote adherence to company ethics, policies, and integrity standards across teams. What you'll bring... Extensive experience in governance, regulatory compliance, and compliance risk management within complex organizational environments. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and manage high-performing teams. Strong expertise in policy development, continuous improvement processes, and fulfillment compliance.
