You will lead the development and quality assurance of survey designs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. You will provide senior-level review of survey deliverables, collaborate with clients to address technical questions, and guide the team through all phases of survey projects.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Direct and manage survey staff on technical aspects of projects including coordination with all disciplines involved.</li> <li>Plan and oversee the QA/QC process for survey deliverables</li> <li>Serve as a trusted resource for clients, providing guidance and resolving survey-related challenges</li> <li>Conduct detailed reviews of survey plans and data</li> <li>Assist in preparing survey studies, including drafting, sketching and data acquisition as needed</li> <li>Supervise and mentor less experienced staff, reviewing assignments and fostering professional growth.</li> </ul> <div> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg"> <p><strong>You are passionate about:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working collaboratively with others.</li> <li>Having ownership in the work you do.</li> <li>Using your talents to positively affect communities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You bring to the team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in surveying preferred</li> <li>A minimum of 10 years of surveying experience - performing and managing land surveys, such as property and right-of-way determinations, boundary, ALTA, platting, land divisions, and topographic surveys.</li> <li>Registered land surveyor preferred</li> <li>Proficient in Civil 3D</li> </ul> </div> <p>#LI-DD1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> <p>Olsson specializes in engineering and design, client advisory services, planning, field services, and environmental.
