SHOULDER CUTTER - grade 5

SUMMARY:   The purpose of a shoulder cutter is to perform quality cuts on the shoulders of the front halves. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: - Use knife to perform quality cut on the front half shoulders on the cone line. - After performing the cut drop wing onto wing belt - Employee will grab the tender without excessive tearing and remove from the small front. - Must be able to grip a knife and cut the shoulders. - Employee will remove bones on a moving cone line. - Must be able to work on a moving cone line running at approximately 36-72 birds per minute SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
