SUMMARY:   Team member will be responsible for grasping front halves on moving cone line & remove the skin. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: - Grasp front halves and remove skin. - Put the removed skin back on the moving line. - Must be able to remove skin from approximately 12 birds per minute (36-42 birds per minute). SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
