Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives and financial targets. Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery and return on investment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, performance metrics, and risk mitigation strategies. Influence and build consensus among stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven recommendations. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions across technology operations. Provide strategic insights on technology trends to support decision-making and organizational growth. What you'll bring... Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Strong skills in stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build consensus across multiple teams. In-depth knowledge of program planning, estimation, risk assessment, and monitoring tools and techniques. Ability to translate business requirements into integrated technology strategies aligned with organizational goals. Experience driving operational excellence through process improvements and performance measurement. Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster collaborative relationships. Demonstrated capability to lead large-scale technology programs with measurable business impact. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
