Lead enterprise transformation by redefining the supplier lifecycle from fragmented, manual processes to a simplified, scalable, and system-enabled model Design and operationalize a unified lifecycle experience that improves speed, transparency, and consistency from onboarding through ongoing operations Partner across business, product, and technology to translate complex operational challenges into scalable, platform-driven solutions and drive adoption at scale Simplify and modernize ways of working by reducing friction, standardizing processes, and enabling more automated, workflow-driven execution Influence across a highly matrixed organization to align Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology around one consistent way of working What you'll bring... The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
