Immersive Associate Training & Resourcing - Develops and delivers engaging, hands-on training and resources that equip associates with the knowledge and confidence to execute brand-right presentation and experience standards. Operations Leadership Alignment - Builds strong partnerships with Operations Support and Store Operations to drive clarity, adoption, and execution of brand experience programs and standards. Store Communications - Creates, streamlines, and manages the communication systems that guide store teams — ensuring information is timely, actionable, and easy to understand.
