To deliver more than is expected to my fellow associates by providing a positive first impression, determining actual needs, delivering real solutions, and adding value by managing my duties so that all responsibilities are taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities include processing invoices from vendors, matching all invoices to corresponding scanned receiving data, making corrections, posting invoices for payment, researching pricing errors, preparing invoices for manual entry, providing coverage for the receptionist, and other duties as needed. Position requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred, data entry, 10 key, Excel proficiency, flexibility to shifting priorities, and ability to follow instructions.
