The Opportunity As an AI Integration Developer Consultant, Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the analysis, implementation, and support of business applications. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your understanding of various software solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear. In this role, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, reinforcing professional and technical standards. Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement and integrate business applications effectively - Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of software solutions - Leveraging analytical reasoning to optimize operational efficiency through business applications - Collaborating with clients to understand and address their strategic objectives - Utilizing business data analytics to inform insights and recommendations - Managing project delivery and resource management to meet client expectations - Implementing technology solutions to support business transformation initiatives - Developing documentation to support application software implementation and integration - Engaging in strategic planning to align technology solutions with business goals - Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience as a Developer designing, building, and integrating AI-enabled solutions across enterprise systems and data sources What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree - Navigating complex client relationships and delivering tailored solutions - Utilizing analytical reasoning to interpret data and inform insights - Implementing technology solutions to drive business transformation - Excelling in project management and resource allocation - Demonstrating strategic planning and execution in dynamic environments - Embracing change and fostering innovation in technology integration Travel Requirements

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
