Springdale School District is seeking dependable, caring individuals to serve as substitute teachers across our schools. Substitute teachers play a vital role in supporting student learning and maintaining a consistent, positive learning environment when regular staff members are absent.

Responsibilities

Substitutes are expected to adhere to all district policies and procedures and provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students. Substitute teachers effectively carry out the instructional plans, classroom routines, and expectations established by the classroom teacher and/or school.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Must have an approved background check from the Arkansas Department of Education within one year of application

Must provide a copy of current driver's license and Social Security Card
