**Essential Job Duties**
- Provide good customer service to both internal and external customers, maintain positive and effective working relationships with other City employees, and have regular and reliable attendance.
- Assist in performing supervisory responsibilities which may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints; resolving problems.
- Exercise good judgment to maintain public health and safety as pertaining to the water distribution and sewer collection systems.
- Assist with Warehouse daily operations including inventory management and purchasing.
- Monitor compliance with the City’s Municipal Separate Storm Water System (MS4) permit and work towards maintaining compliance.
- Deliver and pick up parts, supplies, fuel, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED plus one year of water/wastewater experience and two years of inventory management experience required.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be able to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License with tanker, (N) endorsement within six months of employment.
- Must possess or obtain within two years: Arkansas Department of Health Grade II Water Distribution License, Arkansas Class I Wastewater License, and other specified certifications.
