Building Safety Director

The starting rate of pay for this position will depend on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities include providing customer service, performing supervisory tasks, ensuring health and safety of citizens, developing ordinances and policies, planning and directing work for the Building Safety Division, interpreting building codes, investigating complaints, and leading the division's administrative processes. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or a closely related field and relevant experience.
