Produce design phase deliverables such as drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports. May perform onsite construction observation and administration. Requires bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Engineer in Training certification, 1-4 years experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
