Crew Leader I - Water Sewer

This is a safety/security sensitive position for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: performing supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and training employees; evaluating the condition of water distribution and sewer collection systems; exercising independent judgment to make decisions on-site; operating equipment; preparing paperwork; performing administrative duties; supervising personnel; and conducting field investigations. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and four years of related experience, possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License, and effective communication skills.
