About This Role
A Customer Care Specialist is a customer success professional who will partner with other team members to provide exceptional service to our customers to help sustain and improve the use of Movista’s solutions. The Customer Care Specialist may handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or concerns, and provide an accurate and efficient response. To be a successful Customer Care Specialist, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, adaptable, and a team player. Essential Functions include answering calls from clients, responding efficiently to inquiries, engaging in active listening, building lasting client relationships, utilizing provided tools appropriately, escalating issues when necessary, understanding and striving to meet call center metrics, and demonstrating an aptitude for technical devices.
