Summary
The Director of Campaign and Growth Strategy is a pivotal leadership role designed for a visionary, growth-minded marketer who will own end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycles. This role will lead an integrated team of marketers focused on growing new and existing customer relationships, serving as a champion for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and our broader MarTech ecosystem. The Director of Campaign and Growth Strategy will relentlessly test, learn, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive deposit growth, loan acquisition, and lifelong customer retention.
Responsibilities
● Orchestrate high-impact performance marketing strategies aligned with ambitious asset growth goals while managing complex timelines and multi-stakeholder projects.
● Lead and mentor the integrated Campaign Strategy and Operations team, which serves as the central hub for campaign design, driving momentum to meet Arvest's strategic goals.
● Ensure seamless strategy-to-execution workflows and clear accountability for team deliverables.
● Foster continuous learning for the team in agile methodologies and advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
● Design and govern sophisticated, automated, multi-channel customer journeys.
● Develop a holistic customer communication strategy and timeline to optimize frequency and relevance, focusing on deposit growth, loan acquisition, and lifelong customer retention.
● Serve as a primary business champion for SFMC and explore, integrate, and maximize adjacent MarTech tools to build a world-class marketing automation stack.
● Foster an environment of continuous learning and intellectual curiosity, keeping the team at the forefront of agile methodologies, Einstein AI, and emerging marketing technologies.
● Instill a rigorous test-and-learn culture across all pods, continuously A/B and multivariate testing messaging, imagery, and delivery channels.
● Partner with Corporate Marketing Data & Analytics team to review campaign performance metrics (return on investment, conversion rates, LTV) and champion advanced personalization tactics, including Einstein AI-driven optimization.
● Partner with Corporate Marketing compliance to ensure all marketing initiatives strictly adhere to financial regulatory standards, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, Fair Lending, and UDAAP frameworks.
● Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
● Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training, adhering to internal procedures and controls, and reporting any known violations of compliance policies, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
● Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
Responsibilities: Experience
● Required: 8 years of progressive performance marketing and campaign strategy experience with a proven track record of driving massive asset or customer growth.
● Required: 5 years of direct leadership and people management experience with a proven track record of building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams to achieve aggressive business growth goals.
● Required: 3 years of hands-on strategy and deployment experience utilizing MarTech platforms.
● Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce CRM capabilities.
● Preferred: Financial industry or banking experience with a working knowledge of bank regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending, consumer advertising rules).
● Preferred: Experience navigating matrixed organizational structures and aligning cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytics, Product, and IT) behind a unified framework.
● Preferred: A holistic thinker with a naturally curious mindset who treats marketing as a continuous optimization puzzle.
● Preferred: Ability to collaborate at all organizational levels to effect change while respecting organizational culture.
● Relevant work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement.
● Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Pay Range: $156150 - $195190 per year
