PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5 truck operation. In our 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,000 trailers. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers and we believe that starts with having exceptional employees who are passionate about their work. Pay and Schedule
This position is Monday - Friday 7:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $125,000 - $150,000 annually dependent on experience.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?
Assisting with SEC reporting and disclosure support
Supporting tax compliance and audit coordination
Monthly and quarterly analytical review procedures
Assisting with periodic forecasting processes
Oversight/support of subsidiary accounting activities
Assisting with lender reporting and equipment financing activities
Corporate governance and permanent document organization/retention
Required Skills and Experience
Public company accounting and SEC reporting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Experience coordinating quarterly and annual filings (10-Q, 10-K, proxy, etc.)
Corporate tax compliance experience
Financial statement fluctuation analysis and analytical review procedures
Budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling experience
Treasury/cash management exposure, including financing coordination
Strong organizational and documentation skills, including corporate records management
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities.
