Dog Groomer — Independent Contractor

Bark Alley Dog Grooming in Bentonville is looking for an experienced independent contractor dog groomer.

50% commission + existing client flow — you won't be starting from scratch building a clientele.

We provide the professional grooming space, table, shampoos and salon products. You provide your own professional grooming tools.

Flexible scheduling, salon closed Sunday & Monday, with the potential to build toward 5–6 dogs per day.

We're looking for someone comfortable grooming all breeds, including large and challenging dogs. Experienced groomers preferred, but we're open to the right person with a solid foundation.

Commission-based position with earning potential based on your booked services.
