CEI Engineering Associates is currently seeking an Engineering Department Manager at our corporate office in Bentonville, AR. Top candidates will lead and manage a team responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering technical-specific work, as well as managing a team of engineers for projects varying in size and complexity. Leadership responsibilities require promoting and actively supporting CEI's Guiding Principles and Vision Statement when completing job duties.
Key Responsibilities: Participates in business development efforts, maintains relationships with clients, oversees multi-project budgets, manages department billing and invoicing, recruits and trains associates, confers with other leaders to review achievements and challenges.
Key Requirements: Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, finance; equivalent to a four-year degree plus experience; excellent communication and leadership skills.
