Health Safety & Environmental Manager

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure regulatory compliance while creating a safe, sustainable, and high-performing work environment. You will partner closely with plant leadership and operations teams to proactively identify risks, drive accountability, and implement impactful safety initiatives. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations, maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, conducting internal audits and inspections, performing and updating HSE risk assessments, and directing the facility safety team to foster a culture of safety and compliance.
