This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs to ensure regulatory compliance while creating a safe, sustainable, and high-performing work environment. You will partner closely with plant leadership and operations teams to proactively identify risks, drive accountability, and implement impactful safety initiatives. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining ISO systems, conducting audits, updating risk assessments, identifying hazards, handling regulatory reporting, enhancing programs, and directing the facility safety team.
