As a Level 2 Help Desk Technician, you provide vital technical support to our clients and employees experiencing issues with our automated systems. Responsibilities include tracking reported problems, assisting with software installations, providing corporate training, and more.
Qualifications include an Associate degree in computer science or information systems, knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems, experience with MS Suite, and strong communication skills. ITIL certification and CompTIA A+ certification are preferred.
