Happy Hollow Elementary is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Structured Learning Services Teacher to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester. This specialized role involves providing individualized instruction and support to students in a Structured Learning Services setting with a 1:15 teacher-to-student ratio. Key responsibilities include: delivering differentiated instruction in core academic areas and adaptive behavior skills, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) with a focus on small group and one-on-one instruction, developing and maintaining structured classroom environments using zone planning and proactive behavior strategies, collaborating with general education staff and related service providers to support inclusive practices and supervising and supporting paraprofessionals in daily instructional and behavioral routines. Job qualifications include: current licensure in Special Education (required), experience working in structured or self-contained special education settings, proven skill in individualized instruction and adaptive behavior strategies, ability to plan and manage a highly structured learning environment, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
