Maintenance Technician/Construction Supervisor

The JBU Construction Management department is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician / Construction Supervisor to support general maintenance and equipment upkeep for a small fleet of construction equipment and tools. Examples of equipment include backhoe, personnel lift, forklift, equipment trailers, portable concrete mixers, generators, etc. The ideal candidate would also have experience with a range of construction skills and the ability to oversee small crews of construction management students as they perform student-led projects.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction trades who can work independently, manage tools and equipment, perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks. This part-time position is 20 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters (32 weeks per year).
