Located in our Siloam Springs office, you will be a Maintenance Technician. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, testing, and maintaining complex heavy industrial equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, repairing industrial equipment, addressing safety concerns, reading and interpreting technical drawings, utilizing diagnostic tools, and more. You will install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and PLC systems, while accurately tracking time and materials, maintaining records, and communicating effectively with colleagues.
