Maintenance Worker IV (Asphalt)

Safety/Security Sensitive Designation: This is a safety/security sensitive position for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening. Essential Job Duties include providing good customer service, operating specialized heavy equipment, assisting with basic grade construction of streets and trails, and performing other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, 18 months of related experience, valid driver's license, and ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 120 days of hire date. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and prefer knowledge in the use of heavy equipment. The role may require working weekends and evenings as needed and is expected to handle inclement weather conditions.
