What you'll do... Provide strategic input to financial planning through detailed analysis and modeling to recommend expense targets and assess business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and communicate significant financial variances and prepare results for senior management. Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance transparency in reporting and financial systems. Develop financial models incorporating assumptions and risks to support business decisions and present findings to executive leadership. Lead budgeting processes, identify performance gaps, and offer insights on trends impacting business objectives. Supervise and develop associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in financial analysis, planning, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Strong management skills with experience leading teams and developing associates. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
