Oversee global payroll operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple jurisdictions. Lead data management initiatives to maintain integrity and consistency of payroll-related data across systems. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing operational excellence methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll issues and enhance service delivery standards. Develop payroll team members, fostering accountability and professional growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines in all payroll activities. What you'll bring: Extensive knowledge of payroll administration, including payroll systems and regulatory compliance. Strong data management skills with an understanding of data hierarchies, metadata, and privacy requirements.
