About the team: The Product Development team leads the management of product specifications throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with quality standards and customer needs. This team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, conducts industry benchmarking, and manages sourcing activities to support business strategies. They analyze data to inform product strategies, resolve issues through root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement. What you'll do: Manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs. Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues. Conduct industry benchmarking and analyze trends to inform product strategies and improvements. Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to address product lifecycle challenges. Oversee sourcing activities and validate documentation to support business unit strategies. Track performance metrics and provide insights to senior leaders for product enhancements. Lead and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and training. Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting continuous improvement and accountability. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
