What you'll do... About the team: This Site Merchandising team leads the digital gifting portfolio and customer experience on Walmart.com, focusing on high-intent shopping missions. This team drives strategy and execution across the full gifting lifecycle, creating seamless discovery journeys that align with customer needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team leverages data-driven insights and customer analytics to optimize campaigns and site merchandising. Members contribute to and build category strategy, drive execution, and campaign management, ensuring impactful digital merchandising and strategic partnerships that enhance Walmart’s position in the U.S. gifting market. What you'll do: Build and optimize site merchandising for digital seasonal gifting campaigns by working cross-functionally to inform & build strategy, leading all the way through execution in digital experiences. Drive customer engagement through search result strategies and collaboration with Marketing partners. Analyze customer behavior and market data to recommend site improvements and category strategies. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership. Manage campaign launches, coordinating resources and evaluating promotional success. Utilize SEO best practices to enhance site content visibility and performance. Lead and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. What you'll bring: Strong ability to analyze customer behavior and market data to inform site optimization and category strategy. Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly. Experience in campaign management, product launches, and digital merchandising strategies. Excellence in data-driven decision making using analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights. Ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
