What You'll Do

Provides support to the nursing staff and patient care through the direction and guidance of licensed staff and leaders. Responsible for upholding Community Cares standards. Responsible for ensuring patient safety.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED

• One year experience as a patient care assistant in a mental health hospital setting

Preferred Requirements

Current patient care assistant or certified nurse assistant certification, HWC Verbal and Physical Deescalation
