What you'll do: Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long-term business objectives. Manage profit and loss, pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions to meet financial targets. Lead supplier negotiations and oversee supplier performance and communication. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform decisions. Drive channel strategy and collaborate with supply chain to optimize product availability. Manage team performance, development, and daily priorities to achieve business goals. Support assortment planning, modular layouts, and product lifecycle management. Utilize data analysis to generate insights and influence strategic initiatives. What you'll bring: Proven experience in category and channel strategy development for moderately complex categories. Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership and budget forecasting. Ability to analyze competition, customer behavior, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Expertise in supplier management, including negotiation and performance tracking. Demonstrated team management capabilities with a focus on performance development and engagement. Proficiency in leveraging data analysis tools to generate actionable business insights. Effective decision-making skills supporting pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
