Located in our Siloam Springs, Arkansas plant, you will be an Operations Manager. As our Operations Manager you will oversee the overall business and operational functions of the facility. Ensures production goals and objectives align with corporate expectations, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing operations, collaborating with teams, preparing forecasts and analyzing key data, supporting workforce management and providing leadership to all staff.
