Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager you will oversee the overall business and operational functions of the facility. Ensures production goals and objectives align with corporate expectations, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Keys Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing operations, collaborating with high-performance teams, preparing forecasts and analyzing key data, supporting workforce management, and providing leadership to managers and production personnel. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent experience, at least eight years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
