The Opportunity As a Procurement Senior Manager - Data, you will focus on executing, managing, and optimizing purchasing processes and supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC, you will be responsible for assisting the organization in obtaining quality goods at the appropriate price, driving cost savings and operational efficiency. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems or opportunities, and validate outcomes with stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities - Leading procurement initiatives to drive cost savings and operational efficiency - Managing supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at optimal prices - Implementing procurement strategies and processes to enhance purchasing operations - Conducting cost analysis and negotiations to achieve favorable contract terms - Overseeing contract lifecycle management and confirming compliance with contractual agreements - Utilizing procurement software and systems to streamline purchasing activities - Analyzing industry trends to inform strategic sourcing decisions - Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment - Applying systems thinking to identify and address procurement challenges - Facilitating open communication and feedback to improve procurement processes What You Must Have - At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 6 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating advanced skills in procurement strategy and system implementation - Excelling in contract negotiation and dispute resolution - Utilizing analytical thinking for cost management and trend analysis - Leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationship management - Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and solve complex problems - Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story - Directing teams through ambiguity, maintaining composure in challenging situations Travel Requirements

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
