About This Role
Provides proactive leadership on assigned water and wastewater construction projects, from the preconstruction and bidding phase through planning and buyout, construction, close-out, and warranty. Accountable for client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, and schedule adherence on water distribution, sewer conveyance, pump/lift station, treatment/process, plant rehabilitation, yard piping, and related civil infrastructure scopes, working as a team with Project Superintendents and Project Engineers. Conforms to corporate policies and procedures, upholds ethical standards, and exemplifies corporate values, with an emphasis on integrity and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include representing Nabholz in business development efforts, leading water/wastewater project development, managing commitments to subcontractors, collaborating with the Project Team and safety staff, providing team leadership, and managing all financial aspects of projects.
