Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP)

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Provides behavioral health interventions, skill development, crisis prevention, case coordination, family engagement, community referrals, and collaboration with school personnel under supervision of a licensed mental health professional. Qualifications: Meets Arkansas DHS/Division of Behavioral Health Services QBHP requirements. Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or related field preferred with at least two years of experience serving children and families. Supervisory Relationships: Reports to the licensed mental health supervisor and Project Director. Skills and Knowledge: Trauma-informed care, behavioral health interventions, case management, crisis intervention, and collaboration. Travel/Special Requirements: Travel to schools and community partner locations. Salary Range: Based on Springdale Public Schools salary schedule. Hours: 178 contract days (0.6418 FTE).
