The Recreation Program Manager will provide good customer service to both internal and external customers, interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees, strategically plan and evaluate programs, manage facilities, and represent the City in all special events. The manager will promote recreation programs, demonstrate fiscal responsibility, supervise games, and collaborate with other staff to propose budgets. The position requires supervisory responsibilities, including recruiting and training staff, managing budgets, and maintaining communication with participants. This is a safety/security sensitive position.
